Netherlands breaches EC motor directive

The Netherlands has been added to the European Commission’s (EC) growing list of countries that have failed to implement regulations under the Fourth Motor Insurance Directive. In April, the EC referred the cases of France, Luxembourg, Italy, Ireland and Portugal to the European Court of Justice and the Netherlands will now be subject to the same proceedings.
