US$50mn HCC boost

Houston Casualty Company has received a US$50mn capital injection from parent company
HCC Insurance Holdings. HCC said the capital would be used to support growth and new business opportunities. Last year Houston Casualty Company
recorded gross premiums of $295.6mn.
