Croatia reduces stake

The Croatian government has decided to reduce its stake in Croatia Osiguranje, the country’s largest insurer, from 77.5% to
51%. A tender process to assess the interest of potential investors took place on 25 January. The sale is expected to attract
interest from international insurers such as France’s
Axa and Italy’s
Generali.
