French banks see fall in life premium income
French banks’ life insurance premium income was down by 9% last year, according to preliminary figures extrapolated from data
collected during the first 11 months of last year. This was a slightly worse performance than the traditional life insurers,
which saw their premium income dip by 7% over the same period.
