Judge criticises ACC

A New Zealand District Court judge has strongly criticised state-owned Accident Compensation Insurance Corporation (ACC) for spending NZ$4,000 (US$1,700) trying to recover $30 it claimed it was owed by a policyholder. ACC engaged two lawyers to fight the case through the courts.
