Hong Kong insurers object to splitting of fund
Hong Kong’s General Insurance Council (GIC), which operates under the auspices of the Federation of Insurers, has expressed
its objection to a government move to separate the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund (ECAF) from the insolvency fund
maintained by insurance companies.
