EBRD takes new tack on nuclear risk
The new director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s nuclear safety unit anticipates an increased role
for insurance companies in insuring nuclear power stations in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Vince Novak said
that the EBRD was in dialogue with insurance industry representatives in the region.
