ReAC, Steffey sued by former shareholder
Run-off Australian reinsurer ReAC has hit further troubles with shareholders. Hong Kong-based Grand Improve Holdings has divested
itself of its shareholding in the company and is to sue ReAC for A$3.7mn (US$2.2mn).
