Brazil: Reinsurance regulations create opportunity

Beatriz da Costa Viellas, resident Counsel at the London representative office of Brazilian law firm Amaral Gurgel Advogados outlines the regulatory framework which will govern the soon-to-be liberalised Brazilian reinsurance market, the biggest in Latin America.
