Towers Perrin warns CEA

A review carried out by consultancy firm Tillinghast-Towers Perrin has recommended that the California Earthquake Authority re-examine its reinsurance arrangements describing them as too expensive. The report also warned that the rise of specialty earthquake insurers might leave the CEA insuring only the most high-level risks.
