UK composite Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) has signed a partnership agreement with Sundaram Finance Ltd. (SFL). The two parties
now intend to bid for a trading license from the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA) to form a non-life insurance
joint venture in India.
