Noise induced hearing loss compensation

A man who suffered from noise induced hearing loss as a result of working in a bottle making factory has received £8000 in damages. The man spent all of his working life in the factory. Over the course of his employment, he was exposed to excessive noise from different types of machinery. He was not given proper ear protection by his employer until it was too late and the damage had been done.
