LSC welcomes latest precedent in child abuse law
Many more old cases of abuse can now be brought to claim for damages as a result of the House of Lords decision which has
set the latest precedent in child abuse law, according to the Legal Services Commission (LSC). The LSC paid for four of the
cases through legal aid funding.
