Back injury at work damages
A bus driver is to receive £14,000 compensation after suffering a back injury at work. While leaving the office, he slipped
on a spillage on the garage floor. He twisted his back in the process and sustained a serious back injury. He underwent physiotherapy,
hydrotherapy and osteopathy. He was represented by his union Unite.
