A motorcyclist who suffered severe traumatic brain injury in a road accident is claiming damages of £300,000. He is suing
the motorist whose car collided with the motorbike for negligently failing to look left before manoeuvring his vehicle. The
driver had pulled out onto the road on which the motorcyclist was travelling, causing the two vehicles to collide. The motorcyclist
suffered severe multiple injuries as a result of the crash and has been left with permanent physical, cognitive and behavioural
disabilities. He will have to rely on others for the rest of his life and will never again be able to work.
