Staffordshire County Council Trading Standards wins DCA contract

The Department for Constitutional Affairs has offered Staffordshire County Council Trading Standards the contract to run the Monitoring and Compliance Unit for the regulation of claims management services. The Staffordshire Trading Standards team will be undertaking this work as a separate project from their other more traditional role, with a ring-fenced budget.
