New executive team for Claims Standards Council

The Claims Standards Council has named the new executive team appointed to head up the trade body in its dealings with the new claims management regulator. The executive board is to be chaired by Andrew Twambley of Amelans Solicitors and Injury Lawyers 4 U, supported by Darren Werth of Accident Advice Helpline and Owen Burrows of BOE/Asyst who have also been invited to sit on the DCA Regulatory Consultative Group.
