‘Discriminatory thinking’

The Ashford industrial tribunal found EuroTunnel guilty of ‘discriminatory thinking’ in relation to French-born Michele Fox. After she was made redundant from her £35,000-a-year job as a community relations manager, EuroTunnel then advertised for two native English speakers for communication roles.
