AMEC families to sue
The families of three men killed in an explosion at an offshore yard when pressure-testing a pipe are to sue AMEC. Both AMEC
and a subcontractor were prosecuted by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) for breach of health and safety law and fined a
total of £450,000.
