Accident claims service for North of England

Law firm Lupton Fawcett have introduced a new comprehensive accident claims service, the first such in the North of England, providing one-stop facilities for insurers. This includes full investigation of claim, collation of documentation, preparation of evidence statements, full liability report and the drafting of response to the claimant’s solicitor, to ensure compliance with pre-action protocol.
