RSA amend EIL
Royal & SunAlliance are to amend their Environmental Impairment Liability Policy to accommodate measures outlined in the DETR Draft Guidance
Notes to the Environment Act. Changes will address the risk to current owners where local authorities, unable to trace the
polluter of land, will require the current owner to perform clean-up.
