Liquidators buy biggest legal costs cover
Taylor Woodings, liquidators of Australian-based Bell Group (formerly run by Alan Bond, jailed for fraud) have purchased a
£15.6mn policy in the London Market. This will cover their costs should they lose their action – in the Federal Court of Australia
– against two banking consortia.
