Suspension — not hanging!
The two company directors found guilty of corporate manslaughter, through gross negligence in ignoring excessive hours worked
by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel, have each received a suspended sentence. The driver himself, who pleaded guilty
of causing death by dangerous driving, was jailed for 30 months.
