IUA sets up liability underwriters group
The International Underwriting Association (IUA) has set up a liability underwriters group to promote research into personal
injury, emerging diseases, environmental insurance and product liability exposure in the pharmaceutical sector. The group
is being chaired by Gerald Kittiyakara, underwriter at Zurich Global Energy.
