Primary school teacher wins bullying case
A primary school deputy head teacher has won her case for constructive dismissal. She claimed she was forced out of her job
after being bullied by the head teacher. It was reported that the tribunal chairman said she is likely to receive the statutory
maximum compensation of £56,000. An independent investigation described it as the worst case of bullying in the workplace
ever seen, but this was not acted on by the governors on legal advice.
