Link Insurance saves £500,000 per year
Insurance Services Office (ISO) has reported that Link Insurance has used ISO’s Claims Outcome Advisor (COA) solution to help
achieve savings of £500,000 per year on its overall costs. Since it installed COA in 2004, Link has increased the accuracy
and consistency of claims settlements, resulting in an overall reduction in personal injury costs.
