GM files suit against RSA

US car manufacturer General Motors is reported to have filed suit in the UK against Royal & SunAlliance over asbestos and environmental pollution claims. The legal action is part of wider-ranging litigation already in progress in the US. An RSA spokesperson said: “We are aware of the filing, but it is just part of the bigger lawsuit. Our position remains unchanged. GM’s case is completely without foundation”.
