Legal action warning over new age discrimination legislation

Water for Fish, a leading people and organisation consulting company and subsidiary of Aon Consulting, has warned businesses that they could be leaving themselves vulnerable to expensive and embarrassing legal action if they do not take steps to review their recruitment policies ahead of the introduction of the new Age Discrimination Regulations on 1 October 2006.
