Group action over hotel illness
A group legal action against a UK tour operator has been brought by a large number of holidaymakers staying at a hotel in
Mexico who were struck down with gastric illness after guests reported a series of health and hygiene problems. One couple
have been awarded approximately £7,000 damages. Another couple have been awarded £4,200 compensation.
