Non-UK resident wins £135,000 damages
A Japanese businessman, who suffered serious head injuries when he was involved in a motorway pile-up, has been awarded £135,000
damages. The man, who was working in the UK as part of a three-year secondment, was a passenger in a car which was hit from
the rear.
