Male ponytail ban not sexual discrimination

A man has lost his claim for sexual discrimination at an industrial tribunal. He brought the claim because he was turned down for a job on the grounds that he had refused to cut his pony tail off. He was told that the job was his if he cut his hair. The tribunal said the company was allowed to have a different dress code for men and women.
