Speeding police car claim fails
A man has lost his claim for compensation after he claimed he was hit by a speeding police car. His arm was broken in the
accident. He had claimed £70,000 in damages. However, the court ruled that he was responsible for the accident, as he had
been speeding shortly before the accident and had lost control of his car at a junction.
