MoD payment for helicopter vibration damage

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has paid £6,800 in compensation to a couple whose house was damaged by vibrations from RAF helicopters. The 15th century manor house suffered damaged roof tiles and cracks as a result of Chinook helicopters regularly flying overhead.
