Home Office proposals on criminal injury payments
The Home Office is considering moves to remove cases where someone is injured whilst at work from the Criminal Injuries Compensation
Scheme. The proposals have been attacked by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and the Federation of Small Businesses
(FSB).
