ABI and APIL welcome select committee report

The report on compensation culture by the House of Commons Select Committee on Constitutional Affairs has been met with general approval from all sides. The Association of British Insurers (ABI) said that the Committee’s call for action to tackle the growth in risk aversion should be the starting point for wide-ranging reform of personal injury compensation.
