Compensation culture “much exaggerated” says Cherie Booth

The Prime Minister’s wife Cherie Booth has told the press that she does not think that there is a compensation culture in Britain, saying that the issue had been “much exaggerated”. She talked to the press about her new book, written with Dan Squires, also a barrister at Matrix Chambers, entitled “The Negligence Liability of Public Authorities.”
