No discrimination over sex change

A transsexual council worker has lost his compensation case against his employer. He had brought the discrimination case because he felt unsafe at work and was forced to resign. The man, who was previously a woman, lost the case because, according to the tribunal ruling, fellow workers did not know about the sex change, and therefore could not have discriminated against him.
