Every year, over 500,000 people suffer injuries at work or on the road. To get the compensation that they deserve if the injury was caused by someone else, they then have to enter a complex legal world to make a claim against someone else’s insurer – whether the insurer of their employer, another motorist or perhaps their local authority.
