New president of the Employment Appeal Tribunal
Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs and Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer, has decided to appoint The Honourable Mr
Justice Elias as President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal for the period 3 January 2006 to 2 January 2009 inclusive. He
will succeed the Honourable Mr Justice Burton.
