Personal injury claim fraudster gets jail

A landmark case has seen a claims fraudster jailed and ordered to pay costs of more than £33,000. The fraudster was an amateur footballer who claimed that he had injured his knee on an uneven pavement, and had tried to sue the council for £10,000.
