No duty to transfer proceedings to High Court

Section 42 of the County Courts Act 1984, as substituted, did not enable or oblige a judge of the county court to transfer to the High Court an application for a freezing order wrongly made in that court in connection with a county court action where the substantive proceedings were not required to be in the High Court.
