Arrears of pay subject to statutory cap
Where, after a finding of unfair dismissal, the tribunal made an order for reinstatement which was not complied with so that
a compensatory award was made, the arrears of pay which would have been payable in addition to the compensatory award, but
were to be subsumed in the compensatory award and therefore subject to the statutory cap.
