Video link cheaper than personal attendance

Where counsel were to present short applications before the Civil Court of Appeal, they should consider whether a video-link hearing might be more appropriate, and less costly, than personal attendance at court. The Court of Appeal refused permission to appeal to the claimant against the dismissal of her personal injury claim which related to an injury sustained as a child during school hours.
