Disability discrimination settlement
A college has agreed to pay £15,000 compensation and to issue an apology to a disabled member of staff. The 49 year old woman,
who has the condition of ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) had been part-time Disability Co-ordinator at the College from 2000.
She was sacked in March 2003.
