Model wins sex discrimination claim

A model has won her sex discrimination claim after she was dropped from a fashion campaign when she turned down the advances of a woman who was employed by a high street store. The model said she had been sexually harassed by the woman. Further claims of sex discrimination against the woman, the high street store and model agency were dismissed. Compensation is to be decided in January.
