Discrimination case over beard

An employment tribunal has heard that a Muslim worker was repeatedly asked to trim his beard and not to wear a skullcap by senior Virgin West Coast Trains staff at Euston Station. The man was sacked and is claiming racial and religious discrimination and harassment.
