Sex and race discrimination case lost

A toilet cleaner has lost her sex and race discrimination case against Canterbury Cathedral. The woman, originally from the Philippines, complained of unfair treatment compared with her white male colleagues. She alleged that after the complaint she was moved to a private cleaning company without proper consultation. All her claims were dismissed by the tribunal.
