CSR in asbestos deal with Lloyd’s

CSR Ltd has reached a settlement in regard to asbestos litigation begun by the company in New Jersey in 1995. The settlement is $A41m and will be paid by Lloyd’s. The settlement relates to asbestos claims made on policies between 1978 to 1989.
