Doctors against cash for personal injury referrals

A survey of doctors has found that an overwhelming 96% were against taking offers of cash for referring personal injury cases to law firms. An ongoing survey of its doctors by Expedia Services also found that nearly 100% were concerned about potential conflicts of interest. The survey also found that many personal injury law firms who are clients of Expedia Services were against this practice.
