A 49-year-old man has been paid £40,000 compensation after being knocked unconscious at work four years ago. The man worked
as a driver, and was unloading a delivery when he was struck on the shoulder and head by the load. He suffered from damage
to my inner ear, affecting his hearing and balance. He also suffers from bouts of depression.
